North-Westphalian farm group: 2 large farmsteads consiting of 17 buildings as well as 2 cottages showing the state of 1800 - 1850.
Münsterland farms and Westhellweg farm: 3 farmsteads with 27 buildings, showing the state of 1860-1880
Lippischer Meierhof (Lippe farm): 7 buildings showing the state of about 1800 - 1850
Mills: 4 buildings showing the state of 1850-1925
Paderborn village: 42 buildings, showing the state of about 1880-1925 (Uhlmann house: 1932)
Sauerland village: 12 buildings, showing the state of about 1925
Siegerland hamlet / Wittgenstein farmstead: 2 buildings (chapel-school and petrol station), showing the state of about 1960
Manor house: 2 buildings (field barn and garden house (= Sommerlaube) detached house=Gartenhaus Iggenhausen), showing the state of 1880-1935
West-Sauerland farmstead: 1 building (granary), showing the state of about 1600
Ancient buildings originally built on the museum site (ancient buildings “in situ“): „Krummes Haus“, formerly the orangery of the noble House of Lippe (today: administration building) and the former pheasant farm (today: exhibition rooms)
